Reservations Terms

• All rates subject to 11.416% Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax.
• Deposit of 3 nights is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Homes require a 20% deposit.
• Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.
• Christmas reservations are daily rates only.
• Special rates available for 28 day stays or longer.
• Check out cleaning included, maid service available at additional charge.
• All bookings subject to $25 reservation fee.
• Minimum 4 night stay or cleaning fee will be added.
• Extra charge for extra persons over stated occupancy.
• A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
• All rates and taxes are subject to change.
• Rates are per condominium, not per person.
• Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

For a deposit refund, less a $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
